You know it's time to change but where do you start? Therapy is often the first thing that pops into our mind when we think about healing ourselves and creating a new life that we want. Therapy can be a great option for that, but it isn't the only option. Life coaching can also provide relief, assistance in achieving your goals and designing the life you want. Life coaching is also unique from therapy in the style and delivery of the work together. There are various styles of life coaching; most focus on personal empowerment, motivation to achieve goals, and actionable steps to accomplish those goals and more. Doesn't this sound similar to therapy? There are some similarities and overlaps but there are also a few key differences.
